Our Hometown Β· Liberty Hill, Texas

Born in Liberty Hill.

Milan's Kitchen didn't come from a corporate test kitchen β€” it was born in a small Texas Hill Country town with deep roots, a limestone Main Street, and a big, big heart. This is the place we're proud to feed.

Small Town, Big Heart

A Hill Country Town With Real Roots.

Liberty Hill sits in the rolling Texas Hill Country, between the north and south forks of the San Gabriel River, about thirty miles northwest of Austin. Settlers first arrived in the 1840s, and in 1853 the town earned its hopeful name β€” Liberty Hill.

Generations later, it's still a place where neighbors know each other and quality is made by hand. That's the town that raised us β€” and the spirit we cook with every day.

Town & Table

What We Share With Our Town.

Built by Hand

This town's first walls were limestone, cut by hand. We hand-bread every piece of chicken the same honest way β€” no shortcuts.

Small Town, Big Heart

Liberty Hill's motto is ours too. Every guest is a neighbor, and every order is made with care.

A Gathering Place

From Main Street to Music in the Park, this town shows up for each other. So do we β€” one fresh meal at a time.

Liberty Hill Today

Still Gathering on Main Street.

From the world-famous International Sculpture Park to Music in the Park and a growing, walkable downtown, Liberty Hill still knows how to come together. Milan's Kitchen is proud to be one more reason to gather.
